Just an amateur author / DM trying to create something meaningful in a chaotic, entropic world. Through hard work, I hope to see great things being made.
Creator of Alore and Laeance, and all the goodies (and not so goodies) therein.
I enjoy Dark Souls and Elden Ring quite a bit. The stories of exceptional will overcoming impossible odds to triumph where all others falter seem to resonate with me beyond any other, and that style of harsh world seems to influenced my own stuff greatly.
I do also enjoy elements of the gothic settings of Warhammer, more so for 40k like what's depicted in Space Marine 2, but Fantasy has also been garnering my attention as of late. Never played any of the tabletop parts of it (perhaps one day), but the rule-of-cool style is definitely something that I like as well.
Other games I have enjoyed for one reason or another: Cyberpunk, Skyrim, From the Depths, Terraria and Minecraft (though most of the time these are with mods nowadays), the Mass Effect Trilogy, and the occasional RTS title here or there. I do also occasionally dabble in Magic: the Gathering (commander primarily) and Riftbound, but those have become more of an excuse to hang out with friends as of late.
